Seems the harder I work, the hungrier I am. I am no longer able to keep my calories to where they were. When I try, I just end up night binging anyways. Really hoping the work being done will offset the extra cals(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Nice job Wet, been following your thread. Keep up the good work man. If you find that your binging too much try to attack the mental aspects of this fitness journey. You have to accept the fact that your GOING to be hungry and your NOT going to be satisfied with your meals as you were before. When we binge eat our bodies release endorphins , similar to getting high off a drug. Food is a drug. Drugs are bad. Stay safe bro

Good question, I am 50/50 on this. On one hand, it is good for some things. It's humorous, it's unique, so I am not likely to be confused with anyone else, it's easy to remember, and it grabs attention when seeing it.
On the other hand, it's a bit embarrassing to tell people irl when I'm asked about my weight loss, and it isn't exactly family friendly, which might be problematic if I ever wish to tell my story to a wider, more varied, audience.
So I am not sure if I would or not, but it's the username I have and I really enjoy the shorthand "wetty b". Props to whoever first used that
This is my plan. Right now my go to filler snack is vegetarian stuffed grape leaves which are pretty healthy other than sodium, but I've always struggled with my sodium numbers(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Mate you need to eat more if you are doing more. Don't feel bad about it, as much as it can be tough to get over the mental hurdle. Don't drive yourself into the ground by not eating enough.

Protein brah
The building blocks of muscle
Eat some damn grilled chicken!
Wear that blender out with protein shakes.
As you lose weight, you have to continue to update Myfitnesspal for it to give you a ballpark calorie target.
You have to update the activity level now that you are on gym time.
At some point, as you burn through the fat, the big weigh in numbers will start to plateau.
From every study I have seen, losing more than 2 lbs a week will mean you are burning up hard fought muscle gains, at that point.
I am not suggesting this will happen next week, but the time is coming. You are gonna have to find that balance and proper ratios FOR YOU, to have enough building blocks to build muscle, and continue the exercise to keep the fat burned off.
I have zero doubt about your ability to conquer this. You have too much drive and support to slow down the WettyB train.DirtySouthCrew

Not 100% sure on it, my friend mentioned it and I thought you might be interested.not sure if female miscer or troll

my final goal is to be healthy and of regular size, but if getting jacked is a byproduct of that, I certainly won't complain
It just feels weird suddenly being hungry much more and seeing my calories creep up. I wish I could stay at my old calories while working out 3x as much, that would really melt the lbs
yes, I have feared that plateau right from the jump, and have been lucky enough to avoid it thus far. I truly hope I have a nice long while before it comes. I will make it either way though, you all have made sure of that!
interestinnng, I hadn't heard of that, but I will check it out, thank you(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)
