Yeah my bad. Should have clarified about the 2:1 or 1:1 ratio.
For the purposes we are using it, we only are concerned with L-Citrulline. Malate doesn't make it more effective or beneficial.PEScience Representative

"There aren't any documented effects of malic acid in healthy humans (only failed ergogenesis). If you have some sort of cardiopulmonary disorder, malate may help, but otherwise, it's the citrulline that matters."
What I was talking about in the above statements was the Malic Acid (Malate) isn't going to do anything for a "pump" which is one of the main reasons people supplement with it.PEScience Representative

go to high dose cit mal then take just citrulline at the supposed same dosage that you would get in cit mal and it wont work the same for some reason. i used to like cit mal until i just dosed the hell out of citrulline and its 100000000000000 times better
