I am at work today like every other day. My heart starts pounding like crazy, heart palpitations. I get up go get a drink of water, go to the bathroom and pour water on my face.
Going back to my office from the bathroom I get mad dizzy, my equilibrium gets all f'cked up and I can barely walk straight.
I sit down and try to catch a breather but begin to sweat, no chest pains just palpitations and one of my co-workers see's me doesn't like the way I look and they called the ambulance.
So here I am at this moment, in a f'cking hospital bed...

OMG that's terrible.
Glad you are in the hospital so they can monitor you and hope you recover really soon.
Keep us posted.** Marie **

On that note BH, don't cross your feet whilst you are in the hospital bed. I know it sounds a crazy thing to say, but it can throw up phantom SVT spikes to the monitors.
Somebody already mentioned new supps, but all sorts of things such as simple spicy food can give people palpitations. Get everything checked out (not like you have a choice as you are already there), but it can happen to perfectly healthy people once or twice in their life and not mean a thing, so it isn't necessarily bad news.
I haven't been reading your threads, but you have been making a lot lately with quite colourful titles, so there is obviously a lot going on in your life atm. Stress may be catching up with you.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

I got out early but my cell phone died so I could not update you guys.
Thanks for all the replies - sincerely
Update: They took my blood, urine, did an EKG - all came back negative (meaning good)
The doc said it is stress.
Thank God there is nothing wrong with my heart, so God is good.
Last test the doc was doing was a thyroid test, said they will call me if they find anything, I did not need to stay in the hospital for that.On the list for Bannukah

Well, I didn't say he had SVT....I don't play doctor.... even on the internet. I was just curious since his symptoms were nearly identical to mine.
That is good to hear man. Although it sucks to have happened, at least you know it isn't something that is going to cause serious health problems. It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
