There's a good life at Dundas and Dixie?

It was the old Premier Fitness, but when it closed down it became another gym that flopped and now it's Goodlife.

I'm at the Square One Goodlife now as I need a gym to train after 10pm.

I see FLEX must have got the Perma Hammer.

I used to go there when it was Premier lol! Last I knew it was Wynn Fitness (or soemthing like that). It must have just become a Goodlife. Maybe i'll check it out!

I was thinknig about the wrong gym you mentioned. Wynn Fitness is still there. The Good Life you're talking about is in a strip mall. I have never been there (even as Premier). The location I go to know used to be Bally's. The people who work there are not that friendly and most of them don't look like they workout out. They are doing renovations on it but I don' tknow how much it will improve lol. I have o say though, I go there because it isn't packed every hour, of every day (like another location close to me) and they have tons of equipment...more and "better" stuff that some other locations don't have.

i swear good life is another planet fitness. u should check out olympia muscle and fitness in Mississauga, the best gym there is

I remember you being a Extreme but not sure if you switched again, but whatever works for you is best. Needs more racks/benches and less cardio/machines, but I like old school setups so I am always going to want that.

Main thing is that you are still active and maintaining the lifestyle, unlike me with my 2.5 year hiatus because I was so frustrated getting hurt all the time. I see you are gearing up for a comp. good for you for chasing that dream.

Xtreme Couture was a joke! I bought in to the hype of the gym but it's not that great. Very crowded (and I mean the equipment). I guess if you are doing MMA and that's your thing, it's probably a very good gym to go to. They even have kid classes which is cool for them.

I have to admit, i like the frou frou gyms with steam rooms, hair dryers, nice showers, nice equipment. Good life works.
