    I feel like i'm around 17 - 20% but just want a second opinion.

    Keep working at it! Getting down to 15 should be relatively quick if your diet is in check, but after that things get just a little harder

    High protein and low carbs. You could get all fancy and get into keto but I've personally never liked it. Keep it clean and simple, if your losing 1-2lbs a week your doing good.
