Protein alone was $30 (Beef) $20 (Chicken) $30 (Greek Yogurt) $20 (Eggs & Liq Eggs).

My carbs are fairly low (~200g/day) with most of them coming from trace (protein shakes, etc.). The Greek Yogurts are these amazing creatures:

IMO; the Strawberry Cheesecake, Mocha Cappuccino, Coconut, and Vanilla.

I especially like the Vanilla because you can mix in anything you want (i.e., a scoop of Whey).

Yes for 95% - Target has the Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Cherry flavors exclusively though.
