I dont have a gym membership so no cable stuff. I do have a bench/weights and pull up bar.
My diet is in check and my abs is already showing but looking for more mass. so please no diet or lower body fat % stuff.
this is my current routine and was wondering if you guys have any suggestion or exercise to add.
bar leg raise (feet to bar)
dragon flag (straddle for now)
bar windshield wipers
hanging oblique leg raise
hanging knee raise
plank 30/30/30(front side side)
stomach vacuum (max hold)
reps 8-12
3 cycle for now but goal is 6.
Im thinking of doing two routine(for the week) one with heavy/advance move and one for endurance/high rep.
not abs but lower back for solid core.
deadlift
seated good morning
hyperextension
superman hold 30
what do you guys think.
