Help breaking a flat line
Ok I need some serious help. I have been working out for some time now, and I am just STUCK I cant seam to break 156 pound mark. Now I wish to gain maybe 10 to 20 pounds of muscle mass because I still feel as if I am to skinny. I have no idea what am I doing wrong. So first off all here are my starts.
Age: 18
Height: 5 10 or 11
Weight 156 pounds
I try to go to the gym regularly since i am in college and it’s a bit hard some times. If I would go I would go on, Friday, sat, sun. mon, wen.
