Now this was a pure junk workout for me. It's not the nuclear x or muscular failure, it was pure pain from sunburn so I just basically went through the motions.

So, Yesterdays workout was ok, not the best not the worst. Was hoping for better and thought to try a 3x 10 type set scheme but, i nixed that idea fast after the 275 was a tad heavier than I expected. Hopefully todays workout for back will be a BANGER lol hopefully I can get a video up for it too so I can show the horrible range of motion for my rows lol.

Yes Sir! I wanted to do another set and had the weight up but I decided to drop which was probably for the better.
I've been doing 1.5 the first few days, then I jumped to 2-2.25 ( I don't level out my scoops) So I probably have a few workouts left before emty, I saw the light at the end of the bottle :-\

Well, one more workout after today left. the 2 scooper killed this bottle faster than I expected. I posted a review already, and after tomorrows workout I'll do a final review here in the thread. Thanks to everyone that followed along! Hope it wasnt as super boring!

I just want to say thanks again for letting me log the product!
Review: Overall of say this would be my favorite product for a pre now, it has everything someone could want or need in either 1 or 2 scoops depending what you are looking for.
Taste: the citrus was good not too much of a bite and not too tangy It was great, my tadte buds weren't destroyed and I liked having it daily.
Performance: The workouts can show you that I pushed and it pushed with me to make the best of each workout (minus the sunburn one) for being post show I wasn't expecting to jump so fast back to normal-ishh weights but I'd give it a nod for helping in this.
I highly recommend this and not on the fact that it was free, it's good it works!Follow my journey!
