Do we know about the flashers situation? Didn't read anything on that. The incident occurred at 7:30PM, not exactly late night.
The last living family member of the 2 victims never really wanted the charges pressed and pursued from what I'm reading via 2010 when this incident occurred. Looks like the government went after her of their own accord
Situations like this, putting her in jail for that long is not really helpful for anyone. Takes money from other people to pay for her, takes her out of society, doesn't do shyt for the dead people, and isn't necessary to prevent future crimes, seeing as their wasn't malicious intent from the dumb bish who did this. Jailing someone who in all likelihood is harmless going forward, just for their own stupidity, is just vengeance, not justice.
It feeds off of the ancient animalistic belief that a person can pay back a debt or an error they owe for with pain and suffering. Somehow her suffering in the cage is supposed to pay back the victim. That's some serious Shylock shyt right there. It would at least make more sense for her to have to work and pay some sort of monetary compensation to the surviving family member.Last edited by DizzySmalls; 06-21-2014 at 09:26 AM.

It was the bikes fault. He wasn't paying enough attention and he was going too fast if he didn't spot a stationary car whether it was marked or not
The stopping distance of a bike is nearly half the stopping distance of a car
Assuming she'd been stopped for a while then why did did the cars avoid hitting it but the bike didn't?

yea, i typed all that out with the only situation in mind being an EMP going off..
ever heard of a battery dying? or alternator going out? hell she could have just ran over something.
but no, it doesn't require a fukin EMP to disable a vehicle in the middle of the fast lane.
what I typed is a very possible scenario. i think its more probable than running across a person stopped in the middle of the hwy to save ducks.. regardless, the bikes should be able to avoid her.
i still think she was wrong, and made a bad decision, but there is a reason why we are taught to say a certain amount of car lengths behind the person driving infront of you... you know.. in case they stop.. or their car dies..Last edited by arkansawboy; 06-21-2014 at 09:48 AM.

Blinkers, flashers... you guys crack me up. Those are "indicators".
I stopped in the fast lane (on the right here) when my exhaust half fell off (was held on by that fat rubber thing only) couldn't pull across and it was going fukin ape chit under the car so I stopped. It was either that or keep moving and create a trail of debris on the motorway in the fastest lane.
What should I have done? There is one case of a car stopping in the fast lane and it was me, so I am sure others have done it and there are "reasons" to. I had to judge whether to risk writing my car off with chit all over the fast lane behind me, or stop. The exhaust could have come through the floor of the car or anything. The front of the silencer (looking from the back of the car) was tipped forwards, meaning the car moving forward could have made the car "pivot" up, but that didn't happen, it just sparked, but if I had hit even the smallest imperfection in the road that exhaust would have jammed into the road and lifted the back of the car up and fuked up way more than just the exhaust.
Fortunately I got it onto the hard shoulder because the motorway wasn't all that busy that day. Cop showed up etc, didn't get charged. What the fok would I be charged with, breaking down?

Someones never ridden a motorcycle before.
Depending on what kind of bike/car it is but usually a car can break harder and stop quicker. He was 50 years old. He was probably on some type of cruiser without ABS... And he had a passenger.
Regardless it doesn't matter, it's not his fault.
1. You don't stop to help ducks
2. If you stop to help ducks get in the shoulder
3. If you stop period (even in the shoulder) turn your hazards on.
I'm not sure of the conditions but maybe she was parked at an overpass or blind corner. When you're going 70mph on a bike chit comes up on you real fast.**Swipes right on tinder with my dick crew**
**Takes extra lap around grocery store looking for HBBs crew**
**Cooks 20lbs of chicken breast and throws it all away for maximum muscle confusion crew**

she shouldnt get life but a few years would be OK.
dumb ****ing move but her intentions were good. just didn't think straight. plenty of people have done waaaaayyy dumber ****, she just got unluck and killed someone. sucks, but even if i was the one who died, last thing i'd want (assuming I could still think), would be for her to serve a life sentence in jail.
who does that help? make her do community service or some ****. or go around giving speeches on why you need to think because doing stupid **** can have serious serious consequences. My loony bun is fine

Inb4 this was caused by the youtube duck video and her mind was reminded of the video so she decided to pull her phone out and "rescue" them.
Females need to just let things go sometimes. I had an ex that would constantly stop to do things like that and other small stuff. So annoying.
But this situation is sad and she might hurt herself.

I remember asking a motorcyclist on YouTube about ABS on a bike and he said "This model didn't have it" on a bike a learner was on (and had fallen off when braking, locked the front wheel ouuuuuuuch).
Was pretty amazed that even now in 2014 ABS isn't mandatory on a motorbike - when it is on cars.
I remember swapping the brakes around on my BMX as a kid thinking the front brake was the rear and trying to skid around a gravel corner... not too bright folks, not too fukn bright.u wot m1.68179283050742908606225095246644152⁴

Riding her ass? She was at a complete stop you retard, you do know that a vehicle going 60-70 mph only takes a few seconds to travel a good distance right? And I don't know why everyone is acting like they were the only ones on the road, do you really think he wouldn't of moved over if he had the ability to? There are such things as cars on the road and unless you're a wizard you can't just teleport right through them. Also according to that picture what was she gonna do with the ducks? She can't put them over the wall as they would then be going into ongoing traffic, she can't push them across the other lanes of the highway as she would probably get run over and she knows it, now the most logical choice by retard standards is to try and catch them all and put them in her car. Now tell me what the phuck did she think would happen? Yes very mad, extremely salty.
