Whats the best Cardio Machine For Fat Loss?
-

Calorie deficit is the best for fat loss, cardio is used to either boost the deficit or for cardiovascular health. And for both anything that gets your heart rate up is good.
My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

The bests cardio machine is the one you enjoy using the most and therefore will use most regularly and consistently
Fat loss is about consistency over the long run
It can be a treadmill, a pool, a climber , a stair treadmill, a stationary bike
Your cardio can be boxing, dancing, running, walking, climbing, swimming
DOES NOT MATTER
Do what you enjoy most

Inclined walking or HIIT, but the most important thing is your diet, diet is the key to fat loss

Relying on cardio for your calorie deficit is not as effective as simply eating below maintenance. Sustaining this over a long period is unrealistic and will be detrimental to your lifts and recovery.
Conduct cardio at your own discretion to improve cardiovascular health and conditioning, not to supplement a crappy diet."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift"

Do HIIT. Doesn't necessary have to be cardio though. Good luck

IF you are trying to keep a calorie deficit by burning off calories through cardio, keep in mind that most of the machines lie about how many calories burned, often by more than 20%.
Oh, we can't discuss "supplements" on this forum.May 3 - 183 ; May 10 - 181; May 17 - 181; May 24 - 181; May 30 - 178.5 ; Jun 7 - 176.5; Jun 14 - 174.5; Jun 20 - 173;
Jun 28 - 172.5; July 5th - 171; July 12th - 171; July 19 - 170;

Cardio for fat loss is a terrible investment of your time.
I use cardio to offset any mistakes I make in eating, or to offset a night out drinking. If hunger is out of control it can be useful as well.

so no you irritate me when you answer with a generalised point of view!!
so you go take your hydrocut and let me know how that works out for you haha

Calorie deficit is the keep it simple stupid approach. But there comes a point for some folks that some added cardio is better than dropping calories. HIIT 3x a week is pretty effective.

makes me laugh how people behave on here rather than having a open positive outlook majority of these threads end up yet again another bitching match.
I happen to be very educated and more than capable of reading and talking the same rubbish abt diets and caloric deficit as its been the same stuff wrote over and over on this forum..
if i decide to put stuff in my body and you dont... that doesnt make me uneducated... every mr olympia competitor and EVERY amateur and pro injects special supplements
i suppose lesson learnt here is two things
1) forums can lead to negative opinions
2) dont mention special supplements on bodybuilding.com haha
every body else who answered what i asked thanks for your opinions and advice most appreciated!
just asked a question

The one you use.
I am a runner, so I pick the mill first.
I'm a very big stair stepper fan though. The one like an escalator, not that other stupid machine.I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.
