    Multivitamin necessary?

I dont really eat too many fruits/veggies. Here is what my diet look like for today

    4 eggs
    egg whites

    Yogurt
    pb
    strawberries

Taco salad (ground beef, cheese, olive oil, salsa)

    Cinnamon raisin bagel
    egg whites

    Ice cream

Total is 1928 calories. 173 protein 134 carbs and 77 fat...I hit macros but maybe maybe not my micros?

Im not taking a multi because my liver enzymes were high on my blood test. Doc said drink more water (I drink a gallon a day anyway) so it may be excess vitamins?

Well you're most certainly not getting all of your micronutrient needs from that template, I can tell you that much.

Well, it might not be necessary, I mean humans have been around a lot longer than multivitamins.

I asked a question about multivitamin and if they're really necessary. I can replace the ice cream with fruits/veggies to maybe get more micronutrients in me. Im just wondering if its a big deal to worry about this?

You know you're not getting in enough vegetables or fruits. of course you should replace sugar loaded ice cream with some vegetables if you can

Necessary? Absolutely not. Recommended? Ehhhhh. Will they hurt? Nope

If you've got a couple extra bucks, buy some really cheap ones (seriously, cheap. Like bb.com brand or Centrum OTC from Walgreens). They'll only help
The best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.

(It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)

I take multivitamins and fish oil daily. It's not 'necessary', but I can afford it so why not. I've been severely anemic before and nearly died, so I don't really want to risk inadequate intake of micronutrients again. Each unto their own.
