I dont really eat too many fruits/veggies. Here is what my diet look like for today
4 eggs
egg whites
Yogurt
pb
strawberries
Taco salad (ground beef, cheese, olive oil, salsa)
Cinnamon raisin bagel
egg whites
Ice cream
Total is 1928 calories. 173 protein 134 carbs and 77 fat...I hit macros but maybe maybe not my micros?
Im not taking a multi because my liver enzymes were high on my blood test. Doc said drink more water (I drink a gallon a day anyway) so it may be excess vitamins?

If you've got a couple extra bucks, buy some really cheap ones (seriously, cheap. Like bb.com brand or Centrum OTC from Walgreens). They'll only helpThe best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.
