    Exclamation Veggies meal help

I usually eat grilled chicken and brown rice cup that is ready by a minute but I get bored eating rice everyday.

How do I prepare any certain of vegetables like broccoli, green bean, etc and put it in the Tupperware for the week?

Do I just buy a big bag of frozen veggies and cook on the skillet then put it in the Tupperware then microwave for the next day? Definitely need help

    I really appreciate it

That is one way to do it. You can also buy steamer bags of veggies (Green Giant makes some good ones), that you can just microwave the entire bag and it steams the veggies inside. The broccoli & cheese one is pretty good and I think the entire bag is only 135 calories.
You can buy a stovetop steamer which is usually a set of stainless steel pots that stack on top of each other, water goes in the bottom one and veggies in top one. Put it on the stove and once the water starts boiling in the bottom pot it steams the veggies up top. Then microwave those the next day. Works great for asparagus, broccoli, etc.
    There is no spoon.

These are fantastic, especially if you have a microwave and freezer at your place of school/employment.
