Training was alright today. Think I have been struggling do to lack of sleep..... IDK. Going to take some time off from logging my training until my next sponsored supplement log starts. Can only train 3 days this week anyways since I work 72 hours. I'll still check in on everyone.RELENTLESS

What product is up next for sup logging? I'm doing the Promera one. Guessing maybe that? I've been using the Peak 400 and Con-Cret here and there. I like to switch off a lot on the PWOs because I get used to them quickly.
What's with the lack of sleep?Training log:

Yeah logging with Promera once again. Lack of sleep is partiallyu my fault, but I have been working a lot and like to not just come home and go to bed, so I stay up late.
Yeah cutting and the elbow not at 100%. Could probably get them up with some help on the first rep. Promera log will be starting soon.
Yeah. Next week I should be fine. Just have to make it through this week.RELENTLESS

Update
Shoulder is starting to feel a lot better. Still some slight soreness, but able to shoulder press 70 lb DB's regularly again. Elbow is still not right. I plan on returning to logging after the OCt. 11th weekend. Think I'm going to cut down going into the winter. Got a promotion with my job and now work close to home and the gym. More time to train. Also met a nice girl who lifts. Luck is starting to turn.RELENTLESS

Awesome on the chickie Matt! I hate to think of such a sweet handsome guy going to waste. Make sure she is benching and squatting...those perky boobs and squat booty.
Don't know how you do the shoulder presses with the wacky shoulder, I tried the other day and it bothered them.Training log:

Don't worry she works at a gym and squats and benches. Shoulder didn't really bother me much last night, but I can tell my right arm and shoulder is a lot weaker than my left still. Get some pain once in awhile if I move it the wrong way, but much better for the most part.

I'm going to be logging Ergoblast thanks to Wishiwasdivin. Log should be up sometime between Sunday and Tuesday. Shoulder still gives me fits on somedays. Really can't flat bench heavy at all. Stronger on incline now. My best friends wedding is this weekend which should be interesting. Best man speech in front of 200 people.....

Thanks Lonnie!!
Thanks Stang! If your running a log send me the link, so I can follow.
I'm surprised that incline doesn't bother it either. #'s are down some on incline, not too bad. I pretty nervous before my speech, so no dirty jokes, but it went well.RELENTLESS
