27g Oat flour
1/4c Pumpkin (60g)
3/4c Egg White
2 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 scoop Cellucor Whey
58g FF Greek Yogurt
3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4-5 packets of Splenda
Mix ingredients, pour into 4 of the sprayed donut mold pan
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before topping
I topped mine with 58g FF Greek Yogurt, 1/4s (8g) Cellucor, 1 tbsp almond milk, and 1 pack Splenda.
Cheesecake-> posting the the normal recipe first(little higher fat and lower carb).
I'll tell you the alterations for higher carb/lower fat I made for it after. The original is better and still easy to work with macrowise (171p/66c/13f--->21p/8.25c/1.6f per 1/8 slice)
2 scoops Cellucor Whey
339g FF Greek Yogurt
448g (16oz) FF cream Cheese
2c Stevia
2 eggs
2 egg whites
3 tap vanilla extract
16g SFFF Jello Pudding mix
-Mix all ingredients for 2-3 minutes
-Pour in 9 inch cake, I use parchment paper that's sprayed with PAM
-bake on 250 for 30 minutes
-bake on 300 for 40-50 minutes or passes toothpick test
-Let cool completely at room temp
-fridge overnight or 4-6 hours
Alterations:
-I use 4 egg whites instead of 2 eggs and 2 egg whites and added 20g of Chocolate SFFF pudding mix
-pour out 1/4 of mixed recipe in bowl and add the 20g of chocolate pudding mix, mix until it's about the same consistency
-put spoonfuls of the chocolate mix onto the original that's in the cake pan.
-use a knife to make swirlsLast edited by Msaki75; 05-25-2014 at 05:22 PM.

Regular Sunday pic dump...
Protein Pistachio Peanut Butter Cups
Same as last weeks, except I used butter instead of coconut oil, and my homemade pistachio butter instead of the cinnamon one. I actually slightly prefer the coconut oil for both taste, and how it keeps it together.
Lemon-Lime Pistachio Noodles
Shirataki noodles with an egg, a homemade pistachio sauce, broccoli, and spinach
Same as last weeks but with an egg added...wanted to make it once more before I finished my pistachio butter.
Asparagus and cheese omelette with a side of asparagus
Homemade veggie tuna burger, with PB&Co The Heat is On and maple syrup
Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Brownies

It was my first time having Giddy Yoyo in a long time; I honestly don't even remember the flavor of the last one I had. As a bar in general I didn't think it was too great. Check out the link in my post; I post and review a bunch of different bars in that thread...and I'm from Ont. as well so there are some Canadian bars in there.

local smoke/bbq place in Central Iowa called Hickory Park - a bit hard to tell in the pic but there's a 1/4 chicken, 4 bone of ribs, the house made sausage, and ~4oz portions of each sliced smoked beef, turkey and pork. Yes I ate it all and yes I'd recommend the place if you're ever around here.
You can get a general sense of the amount of food but I basically got served on a trash can lid.
