Yea i don't understand that low of frequency, I guess it's different when you're squatting and pulling such heavy weight, but then again dan green trains pretty frequently.
And of course Chode Carter doesn't let my comment with a pic of alberto get posted cause it shows he's a moron"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

Elgin's funny. Loled at really abridged method. Lilliebridges are some of my favourite lifters, and probably not great writers. and $40 for 17 pages is stupid.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Gracefully handling and responding to critism on the internet, not even once.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

That's the thing.
Elgintensity is funny but he obviously wants a reply from people. Elliott Hulse has 800k subs. Him replying to Elgintensity gives him a ton of exposure. Why do it?
The funny thing is that these are the same people who'll talk about "haters gon' hate" and preach you shouldn't listen. But then when they're attacked, they reply. It's incredibly weak. Instead of laughing it off or just ignoring it, they reply and give him thousands of new subscribers. That's what he wants! I think he's funny but with anything like this you know he wants a reaction from them. Best thing you could do is just ignore it and think "lol not even mad i got 800k subs".
He's just trolling with a lot of this. You can't win by replying because even if you argue well you've still lost.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Jeremy has hit a 525 paused bench in the gym and a 700 x 3 w/ straps deadlift and a 700 x 3 squat w/ sleeves. He's at least got a 2050 total with wraps, if as all you said he puts it together.
Gotta haul some ass and train with the dude since we're in the same gym but different times.Discretion of speech is more than eloquence, and to speak agreeably to him with whom we deal is more than to speak in good words, or in good order.

Hey fam, well I survived finals and have been wrapping up senior week. I graduate tomorrow morning at 10am and I also got a call back today and I have a job as a clinical allergy specialist in an internal medicine clinic! Full time and everything! Makes me feel like a real adult lol. Definitely excited for this. 3 days of shadowing, a paid week down in San Antonio for training, and then like 75 days of a trial period/on the job training with a possible raise at the end of that.

I don't know why the Eric and Ernie go out of their way to get so made about ONE person's opinion of their book. So maybe the guy can't fully assess how well the program would actually work because he hasn't ran it, but just about everything else he said in that vid had some truth to it and I really think that's what got the reaction. If there wasn't any issues and the dude who did the review vid was just blowing smoke I doubt that Eric and or Ernie would be saying anything. All the attention they're drawing is just negative and makes them look silly. I'm sure their program has worked great for many who have paid $40 for an electronic file. So what, I've had some success on every single program I've ever ran in my entire life.
I had a little discussion with Izzy last night and we both seemed to agree that when you put something out with your name attached to it you should do your best produce quality stuff. Especially in the internet age when the first little mistake you make is gonna bring out the haters. It's pretty obvious too that this elgintensity dude or whatever his name is has made a name for himself by swearing and cussing and basically just bashing people or programs so why were they even surprised??1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
