100lbs last time I checked.
Lol at all the frauds with poverty delts and narrow shoulders claiming 185lbs ITT, strong planet fitness weights and frauds, guarantee you half you guys couldn't even do 132lbs with good form for 1 rep. Also how come everybody ITT posting is so short? Brb narrow shoulders, brb stocky, still claiming high numbers, get a grip *******s. I can guarantee 90% of misc, or at 85% at least do not hit 1x BW to OHP ratio. If it was easy like that Top Strongmen would be OHPing 600-700lbs like it was nothing. I can push-press 150 easily too, but this thread is about OHPs, not ego lifting so most of you *******s can phuck off with your e-statting. I can deadlift 4 plates yet my OHP is so low, unless you are squatting 4-5 plates and deadlifting 5-6 there is no way you can OHP your BW or above unless you got extremely short arms or something.

Stats:5'9" 173lbs
Yeah I'm sure you lift 200lbs after having some spotter do half the work for you, lmao just lmao. Meanwhile IRL I see more people deadlifting 5 plates than OHPing 2, but at least on the misc its easy to fraud. I think you *******s either don't know what a legit OHP is, or you're just e-statting.

Look at the poster above you who actually showed a vid of doing a good, legit OHP, can you actually OHP with this form your own BW, let alone 1.25 ratio? I can guarantee 85% of miscers would get a red light in a powerlifting meet with their so called OHP 1RMs. The difference between a push-press (even slight) and a full OHP is huge, can add 50-100 lbs to your stats and I'm not exagerrating. Would rather have a poverty OHP done right than a high OHP done poverty and not counting.
