Tonight will be a test of my will power. Company safety dinner is tonight and it's at a Brazilian steakhouse..... 16 different cuts of meat...... so much protein to take in....
The test of will power will be when it comes to the desserts..... shouldn't be too tough.OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

I did eat like I wanted to, didn't worry about numbers because I watch what I eat every day. I didn't over do it because once I was starting to feel full, I stopped. I had lots of different meats but small portions. I actually did enjoy it. Hell, I even had a few different desserts but only finished one of them. Guys were making bets on how I would eat and someone told me they lost $10 when I came back with a dessert dish.
Then..... I still made it home in time to hit the gym!OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Must confess this weekend was a fail. Was in buddy's wedding yesterday so the busy weekend with no workouts and bad food choices. So close to the end which means buckle down. I must say after seeing pics of the wedding I can tell I have made significant improvement but am still embarrassed at how far I have to go. So that was a little taste of reality.

Ah lets put it back to 1st or 2nd gear.
5th is just a slow/cruiser gear.... Or 3rd if many of you already accomplished your goals.
--------
Starting the morning session with abs then chest, arms, maybe some legs. Been on the bus for 2 weeks. And a fine time for me to get sick on the last 2 weeks of this comp... Hell its not gonna stop me!!!!

Once again I can relate. Wife & I spent weekend to help her aunt with her sick uncle. Her aunt is a great cook and just like a mom that she is. She cooks great Mexican food and her plates are never small. But on a good note I did find a great nature park and hit about 4.5 miles of walking yesterday.
@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Finally warming up around these parts. I ran on the treaddie at the gym this morning because it was still chilly - 0' celsius when I dropped my little guy off at school. Ran 6.6 miles. BORING! When I came out when I was done it was beautiful, sunny and warm. I wish I had waited. Hoping its nice again on Thurs when I do my sprints.
Keep on keepin'on, OBF'ers. Almost to the end.

Power sagged a bit in yesterday's military press work. Redeemed myself with the DL session today. Cals are at the "this sucks" level lol.
