I'm unsure about my calorie intake. I've reached my goal weight (6 feet & 180 lbs), and am now trying to add lean muscle mass for the rest of the summer, while also maintaining my body fat percentage (9%). I'm only 18, so I attend high school all day, but lift at a moderate pace for 1-2 hours daily. I've done numerous calorie calculations, and after all is said and done, I maintain my weight with 3000 calories daily. How much should I add to gain lean muscle without increasing my body fat percentage (no fat gain). Thank you in advance for the help!
