Since I am not only trying to lose fat & firm up, I am glad to say that I am at 227.0 this morning.
Getting more motivation daily. Since it is starting to warm up around here it will be shorts & t-shirt season, hope to make it a sleeveless shirt also.

Up early, having a rough start due to over indulging with food & drinks last night. With the cheat out of the way. I got to be good till next week.
I know there will be some running around soon. 3 grandsons are sleeping right now. But the will be up soon.
Hope everyone has a great week.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Nice! Lol, I really didn't start to keep track of my workouts until after a year of going to the gym and doing what I felt like. It has a negative though. Back in the day I used to just keep going and keep going and not aim for a certain number of sets and reps. The positive is that you can progress and know a bit better when you are ready to increase the weight.

^^^^ No not ever giving up. Come too far to go back. This month marks 5years that I decided to lose some weight. It took a year and about a month to lose 100lbs. It was never my intensions to lose that much but since it just kept coming off I just ran with it. This week was a slow week other than light cardio & some core workouts. We did 2 days of yard work (well wife pointed and I dug holes). I will get back on track next week. Tonight is our 20year anniversary so it will be a late dinner. Then tomorrow the family wants to do something for/with us.

On Sunday tried to make it a leg day. After a few extensions my knee pain came back in full effect. It has been a bad pain ever since.
Hope to make today a chest & back day.
I guess legs will be limited to just walking again.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

I guess this is what they call a trick knee. It tricks me thinking all is good then make a slight turn or movement just ever so slightly the wrong way, then pain is back!
Made my morning cocktail yesterday and had a pretty good session with back, chest and some shoulder as well.
Hope to get some time tonight to have a repeat work out. Oldest grandson has two baseball games tonight. The second will be a late game (even though they have school tomorrow) and I need to get up early.
So if I can I will hit some weights again tonight.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Made the best of a Saturday night. Since I have to work today I did not want to take the Myo-Blitz XS late in the afternoon. I did make me a Testogen-XR before I left work yesterday and hit the weights machine last night.
Chest
7 plates then 4 plates then 2 all 10 reps each.
Incline chest 5 then 3 then 2 all 10 reps each.
Flys 8 then 6 then 4 all 10 reps then 2plates 15 reps & no more.
Back
Lat pulldown
8 then 5 then 4 10 each. Two time on each on this.
Dead lift into shrugs 11 plates 10 then 8 plates 8 times.
AND THEN!!
I tried leg presses, no extensions this time.
8 plates for 10 reps 2 times and no pain. So I might be doing more of that and lay off the extensions for a while.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Looking good in here. Just read through entire log and it looks like you got some great motivation to make you goal of 205lbs. You can get there and pass it no problem. Keep up the great work. And keep working through the pain.

Was unable to post on back Tuesday, but here is my log for yesterday.
Shoulder press
Plate 6 x reps 10
4x10
3x5
2x12x3
Leg press
11x15
8x15x3
Rows
15x3
8x12x2
6x15x2
3x15x2
Curls
4x10
2x10
Leg curls (hamstring) only quit due to feeling a little discomfort in the knee. No pain this morning. Guess I need to just need to stick with the presses, for now.
5x15x2
There is no doubt that work!! More drive and able to do more with the products!!!Last edited by live4gs; 04-16-2014 at 05:48 AM.

Thank You For Choosing Me For The Review!
Just about out of the Testogen since I been taking most of the time. I take The Myo-Blitz only on my days off and can get some sort of WO in. I still have a few servings left.
Sorry I fell off towards the end but family obligations seem to always come up.
I feel I need to do my final review since it’s the last day of the month.
I do feel both products are great. Wife asked me if I lost weight. I guess I firmed up a bit but my weight has not really moved. Hope it was the product and not just the spring time weather.
Myo-Blitz
Not much of a Pre-WO user since I drink coffee too much (according to the Wife). But I can say I did feel like it did help with WO’s. I felt more drive and better concentration before and during WO’s even while doing cardio.
Testogen
Like I have mentioned since I am a bit older I am always looking for a good Test boost. I feel this product does work. Not sure if it was a combo of both or just the Testogen, but after working out my body usually felt fuller / more pumped longer.
I mentioned before that both taste good by themselves but also taste great when mixed together.
I feel both products are & were a plus to use. I would like to thank FWF & VELOCITYROB AND of course Ronnie Coleman for putting his name on a quality products.
I would like to say thank you for choosing me to do this. I hope my decline towards the end doesn’t cancel me for future reviews.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.
