And to people saying ember isnt strong because of his 50% wr.. it's because he has an extremely high skill cap, same as phoenix. Try playing against good phoenix and ember players... chances are you're going to lose the match

Alot of folks also play ember like an AM (sitting around farming bfury etc), way too passive mid game.
Ember has a nasty mid game.

Is anyone here decent with Ember? I'm trying to learn him but I'm kinda having difficulties with the timing of the fist -> chains combo. Do you just cast it immediately after you cast sof, or do you wait until you see the slashing animation? I just can't get the timing down, thus I'm often missing my chains.

it depends on how many people are in the area, if its a lot youre gonna have to aim a bit, if its only the hero you have to do it immidiaetly after the W

U catch people that are far by ulting towards them + sleight of fist and then SHIFT QUEUE BOLAS OTHERWISE THE TIMING IS VERY DIFFICULT

Will shower you with my poverty greens on rc. Strong game. Loda couldn't do shjt 90% of the time even though he had massive gold lead, they kited him like a boss.

That's basically lycan's weakness in organized matches. Kite him for 20 seconds which isn't hard to do if you know what you're doing, maybe let him snipe a support, and once ulti ends, he's garbage. Pubs are different story though but even then, his main power is taking towers in a matter of seconds which nerfing bonus hp during ulti, won't affect at all.

Sand king sucks in pubs. You need really good team coordination to get your ult off. Otherwise you will blow your load. I think SK should actually get a ~1 second time to cancel its ult. I would love to see SK in competitive play more
