oh ****, good thing you asked that....
I´ve decided not to compete this year. I´ve broke up with my girlfriend and feeling really unfocused and ****ty about it... So I´ll keep training to get bigger and better to 2015 and maybe I´ll compete that year instead.
This summer I´ll be shredded as ****. Time to start the summer shred now
this is today. an hour ago. Cause some of you told me my pecs aint big enough..
