Tfw 2 rest days in a row. Fukkin sucks. Just going to do some poverty cardio today then we lifting tomorrow now

Fuk.Wasn't able to get up before class for fasted cardio.. Idk if I can fast til 1230pm and than do fasted cardio.. My stomach is gonna kill

Worked out early today. Got 405x2 on deadlift. Wanted 3 but itll do.
The gym is no longer feeling like a chore for me since switched to a little powerlifting.
Love going in there and setting prs and having everyone mire. Albeit i go to a rec center full of high schoolers and old farts.

Think I might be a little late to the party bros, however, I'm in!
started my cut today, weighed in at 194lbs, 6 foot, probably around 15% bodyfat? Something like that.
going for low carb, high protein, moderate fats, about 600 under maintenance with some cardio thrown in here and there.
Pleasure to be working with you boys haha!

Lmao, Jordan eat something low in carbs or no carbs at all, you only have to be fasted for 3 hours to utilize benefits of yohimbine per Lyle, but if u eat carbs make sure it is low gi and a small amt
