    My car is in the shop so I had to lift Sunday instead of yesterday.

    And nah that's genetics. Try to work chest/back/legs but only delts grow.

    Worked out early today. Got 405x2 on deadlift. Wanted 3 but itll do.

    The gym is no longer feeling like a chore for me since switched to a little powerlifting.

    Love going in there and setting prs and having everyone mire. Albeit i go to a rec center full of high schoolers and old farts.

    started my cut today, weighed in at 194lbs, 6 foot, probably around 15% bodyfat? Something like that.

    going for low carb, high protein, moderate fats, about 600 under maintenance with some cardio thrown in here and there.

    GJDM I'll try it tonight with some turkey burgers. Do they come out crispy like real fries?
