Around 161 down from 188. Macros are 245 Protein, 65 fat, 200 carbs for about 2355 calories a day or 20% under maintenance.
Have been lifting for about 3 years semi-serious and about half of that is when I actually figured out the nutrition part and what not.
Anyways should I cut and then lean bulk, or start my lean bulk now? I am in college so I drink 2/3 days out of the week. I was a lot more strict when i cut prior to spring break but now that I am back from spring break, I want to enjoy college so I am going to drink.
Also any recommended routines?
You can obviously tell the picture i am flexing in is the before and after. The 3 other pictures are relaxed.
Waist is 30.5

Most of us bodybuilders will tell you that if you only weigh 161 lbs at 5"10, you should bulk :P
Great progress though, keep it up!
*Edit - alcohol is highly catabolic, and will kill your gains, as well as flush all the nutrients out of your body. I am a recovered alcholic, who only starting by drinking like you do in college. I got stronger, but never grew or got those last few bodyfat% points off until I quit.
