Pretty sure I slipped a disc in my back, either that or pinched a nerve. Been waking up with numbness in my hands for a couple weeks now, this morning my middle back was stiff so I did the yawn stretch and felt like I was being stabbed a hundred times. Still really sore, going to take this week off and ice/heat. Really annoyed.

First week of fives LSUS is underway so that means snatches from the knee. Let me know what you guys think I did two powers and one full. Went up to 78% of my max snatch single. I am trying to make sure my shins get vertical when I am at the knee.
Also any of you guys have experience going from ECON or high temp bumpers then going to a better slimmer bumper. That really messes me up as the High Temps feel much easier. My gym only has four 45 good bumpers and when those are being used I am SOL.
