I'm getting to SRS numbers in the squat but now I'm starting to get scared of lifting heavy coz the weight seems to be too heavy for m back! Is this normal and if so do I need to strengthen my back to make it seem lighter? I do 10 to 12 reps but have a hard time walking back to put the weights.

Thnx. Yh 6 reps wll feel even more heavy. Theirs safety pins that you can attach on the side just in case i cant do the rep so it can rest on it but im scared that it might break than I might be koed coz it doesnt look strong enough to hold the weight in m opinion. I thouht the weight wasn't meant to feel so heavy when standing. Guess I was wrong. Even safety pins seems scary.

Nah their good squats. Its annoying that i rly wanna post video but I can't do it on this stupid tablet. Havent got a PC. I do like lifting heavy. It just scared me for the first time last time I squatted coz it felt so heavy to damn walk and if it slips front no way I could get out without the pins that seem so fragile which doesn't help at all with my confidence!

lol guys 330 isn't impressive. If he were to say 400 or over I might be skeptical. I am not trying to insult you OP, they are good numbers. Just don't see why everyone is disbelieving. Anyways just man up and squat. Safety pins will hold it fine. I've dropped the bar off my back with without a squat cage or anything. The world doesn't end.
yolo- you only lift once
