Howdy all,
Haven't posted any pics for yonks so figured now was the time...
Slowly beefing up, am tipping the scales at around 70kg (154lb).
As usual, any comments, constructive criticism or BF estimates (I still haven't got round to buying some calipers) are much appreciated!

Ha, every batch of photos I post always elicits the 'shave the chest' suggestion...
Any BF estimates? I was guessing around 10% - sound right?

Here's a back photo that I meant to upload with the first two...
Any other BF guesstimates? I'd be over the moon with 6-7%, but that seems a bit low - especially considering I spent a month in Texas fairly recently during which I ate pure garbage.

Judging by the fact that i can see the striations in your muscles, i'd say around 6-7%BF. bulk up some more or stay there. look great.

very lean and good muscle base, you'd look heaps better with a bit more mass tho at that bodyfat.
