    Butt load of stretch marks

Right guys, I bulked from 163lbs to 247lbs since August 2012.

I went from 12-14% fat all the way to 20-22% fat. I gained a ton of strength/muscle too, however I am in no way "big" or "strong".

My lifts are 265 lb bench, 335 lb squat, 360lb deadlift.

I have loads of bright red stretch marks going from inside my armpit over my biceps, and around my inner thighs, back of my shoulders a few etc..

Thing is I am not big at all. I do have really thick skin so that probably has a part to play with it, wondering if any of you guys got some fresh scars from bulking season and if you have any clues on how long they take to "heal"

I have tons. And no they never go away. It's torn tissue beneath the skin. It doesn't heal in time. They can fade and become lighter, but u will always have them. Just embrace them bru, u earned them. And their a great bragging opportunity .. When people see mine on my chest and ask what happened I tell them I was attacked by a tiger, or I was involved in a Mexican knife fight

vitamin E and cocoa butter help some people.

getting tanner also diminishes it, but for people like me and you that have the stretch marks, they wont fully go away. they will still be there.

and there's no shame in them
Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
    -Orange Triad
    -CreaCore
    -MusclePharm Fish Oil
    -Caffeine Tablets

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

If you care about them enough then you will haha

And I got some from running my first real bulk starting last July and still on that bulk now, Mine flared up bright red around end of October early November and I went HAM with the bio oil, cocoa butter and ****. Anyway its now March and they have really faded quite a bit. So for me its not taking that long but everyones skin is different however they will become hardly noticeable which is a relief
