    X-Gel Questions

    Guys i've started my x-gel run (4 bottles) 8 pills pre-workout (2g of ArA)

    I have two questions.

    1. My pre-workout consists of 10g BCAA, 5g Creatine, 3.2g Beta Alanine, 9g Citrulline Malate, 1.5g Agmatine Sulfate, 2g Betaine, 2g COP, 2g LCLT and 3 scoops of Glycergrow. Is it effective if the LCLT and Glycergrow are in my pre-workout drink and then I drink that after I take my X-gels or should I take the LCLT and Glycergrow separately with the X-Gels.

    2. My post-workout shake consists of 2 serving of PES Select Protein, 2 servings of Welch's Natural Peanut Butter and 2 servings of whole milk. Basically it is high in fats (about 51g of fat). Would that in anyway hinder the X-Gels effectiveness?

    1. I think you're fine taking it all together. Timing wouldn't be relevant I don't believe.
    2. I also think you're fine here. The higher fat isn't bad for bulking, which I'm assuming is your goal to bulk up. And it won't affect the ArA

    Optimal timing would be to take it with the X Gels, but you can get away just fine taking right afterwards.

    Is there a reason you do high fat postwo? You'd be better of consuming largely protein and carbs.

    Amazing PWO stack, wow, id love to have that.

    Post workout, why whole milk, Fat free FTW, its not good fats. And i saw your brand of PB, must be a flavor decision?

    Thanks guys for the replies.

    I just figured I would go with 2g since i see most people recommend that much for Ara plus i already bought 4 bottles of the stuff.

    As far as my post-workout shake goes I find its just easier to hit my fat macros also the peanut butter really helps the taste out a lot.

    If you've never ran Ara, I would suggest you begin with 1g pre workout, you can go up to 2g, but it could be a waste if you react well to 1g. Also, taking LCLT and glycergrow with Ara helps absorption (emulsification I believe) and reduces the DOMS (LCLT) that Ara causes.

    x2, 1g is plenty. Especially for a first timer.
