on the bench? as long as i get my head back down onto the bench as or slightly before I press its fine. If my head stays up I tend to press too straight, its something I started doing in a shirt and maintained raw so my bench technique would always be consistent, been doing it for 6 years now so it'd be hard to stop.

Nice session man! Squats look beautiful technique wise, and depth is definitely there. And pause DLs suck hard. I think they'll help though, Dallas has me doing some as well.
