Hello.
I have only lifted for about one month.I`m just wondering would my strength/gains be bigger if i would do icf 4 days per week?
For an example
Week 1:
Monday workout A
Tuesday workout B
Wednesday REST
Thursday Workout A
Friday Workout B
Sat. REST
Sun. REST
Week 2:
Monday workout B
Tuesday workout A
Wednesday REST
Thursday Workout B
Friday Workout A
Sat. REST
Sun. REST

At your level yes. Just eat a chit ton, sleep a chit ton, and stretch a chit ton. Also keep alternating workouts, don't do two Bs in a row or two As in a row.

Too much volume bro, I think you'll be fried. Go ahead and see for yourself though. Jason himself stated that a minimum of 48 hours rest is needed between two consecutive workouts. What you could do, if you're recovering well, and feeling up to it, is do 4 workouts every 8 days, meaning that you skip the extra rest day on the weekend. Simply, you do one day work, one day off, and keep alternating.

Follow the program exactly how Jason made it.
Did you watch his video explaining it? Don't modify anything you dumb fuk.
It will give you great gains as it is.
I've already hit all his strength standards months ago, but I decided to give this program a try and I'm loving it.
Even though I'm supplementing with celltech 2 workouts back to back would not work out.*Bay Area Misc Crew*
