At your level yes. Just eat a chit ton, sleep a chit ton, and stretch a chit ton. Also keep alternating workouts, don't do two Bs in a row or two As in a row.

Too much volume bro, I think you'll be fried. Go ahead and see for yourself though. Jason himself stated that a minimum of 48 hours rest is needed between two consecutive workouts. What you could do, if you're recovering well, and feeling up to it, is do 4 workouts every 8 days, meaning that you skip the extra rest day on the weekend. Simply, you do one day work, one day off, and keep alternating.

if you can squat 4 times a week
you're not squatting with enough intensity on the 3 days you're working out on the ICF program

no. thats overtraining srs. you're not allowing your muscles to recover when you hit them 2 days in a row, then one day off then 2 days in a row again. icf is a full body program, it's not like workout a is upper body and b is lower body.

Follow the program exactly how Jason made it.
Did you watch his video explaining it? Don't modify anything you dumb fuk.
It will give you great gains as it is.

I've already hit all his strength standards months ago, but I decided to give this program a try and I'm loving it.
Even though I'm supplementing with celltech 2 workouts back to back would not work out.
