    Exclamation How is my current work out plan?

    About me: I'm 14, in 8th grade, I'm 6'2, 150 pounds. The Football coach said he wants me to play some Varsity next year, so I need to bulk. Here's what I'm doing.

    My plan: Tuesdays and Thursdays I do weight training in the morning 7AM-7:45AM with the Football coaches and players. Every day after school I have soccer practice from 4-5:30. I stretch before workouts, before soccer, and before I go to bed.

    My diet: I try to eat as much as I can. I stay away from soft drinks, I also try to just stick with water. I also eat raw eggs before my weight lifting workouts.

    What can I do to improve my plan, and how much muscle should I be expecting? Also, of course, how long for me to bulk up?

    I can work out from home if needed.

    First off it is hard to believe that youre football coach would want a 6'2 150 lber to play varsity football.

    Second please don't say youre the big one in the photo, youre the tall one

    Third, notsureifsrs about eating raw eggs.... why?

    Get onto a beginner routine such as babylover's SS, you'll find it here on the forums. Eat a caloric surplus, and bulk till youre at least 200
