    con cret users

    anyone using this product what is your dosage like?

    i know it says 1 scoop per 100 or 2 per 100 for intense but each scoop is only .750

    even with 4 scoops only equals 3 g a day HCL


    3 grams doesnt seem enough to really notice any difference.

    any thoughts?

    I've done a lot of research on Creatine. So, here is my newbie opinion. Creatine HCL is a "special" form of creatine and the dosage goes less then usual monohydrate creatine, because it absorbs faster and doesn't "get lost" somewhere in the body, as the classic monohydrate does.. The best way is to follow what the label says.. At the end, you can always get a classic mono

    3-5 grams of creatine on workout days whether it is HCL or Mono. So aim for 4 scoops on workout days.

    ^This. I used con-cret, and you will fly through it. I switched to creatine monohydrate and haven't looked back. You can't beat the price.

    3 grams is fine with hcl.

    When using mono the body needs roughly 5 grams to reach saturation.

    hcl requires much less because of its water solubility which allows for quicker absorption.

    Anywhere from 2-3 grams is fine.

    I use 1.5 grams from con cret, most pre workouts also contain creatine, so im pretty sure I hit a decent mark either way, love my con cret
