I agree, nice clean bulk. I guess I was expectin a more dramatic transformation for 2.5 years but he looks like an ecto so pretty good.

I would say in two and a half years i did just fine... my starting bench was 115. I just got 275 three times a week ago. Deadlift started at 195. I do 3x15 with 315 now.
i started with 12.5 inch arms, right now im sitting at 16 inches flat. I think those are very respectable numbers
