    laxxer.. lol 6'2 200 pounds and 17's.. somebody is disproportionate.. i can tell..
    Im 5'8 190 at 12%~bf.. I last measured my biceps at 175ish.. and my bodyfat is lower even.. so im not sure, i was 16" last time.. no idea now.

    Good job though, its decent. how about your wheels though?

    wheels are good. im coming off an injury.. like a really really bad leg injury and that basically how i got into lifting. i wasnt able to walk for abot 4 months so i couldnt do sports so i just did some lifting. i work legs also tho dont worry. quads are 26" not bad.
