I know haha I was a very large star wars, lord of the rings, runescape, etc. from preschool to about 7th or 8th grade. I was just joking with the people who go full ape and think their vampires after reading them.
I have always been curious about keto diets and wondered if you had begun one (instagram and your posts here hinted it). I was reading an Lyle McDonald article yesterday and he said that even if you go out of ketosis you don't notice much (after 6+ weeks keto) because your body starts to use ketones regardless. Just my relation lately lol

Yeah that's about the price @ Wal-mart. But I live in the city so... no wally or sam's in sight. Whenever I get out to my parents place I try to buy chicken in bulk, but I haven't been in awhile. In my head I just can't justify $7 for two chicken breasts (all the time), so whey it is! inb4 the nutrition section rains down on me for not getting all of my protein from food sources

Going to be quite a SB
wonder what the line on the game will be. Somewhere around 45-50 points total, but offense vs defense will be interesting without a doubt.

Keep in mind that $65 was not for my entire week worth of groceries, that was simply my lunches for the week, as well as probably 5 additional meals worth of left overs that I did not use during prep.
Overall I probably spend a little over $100/week these days for groceries.
Budgeting strategy is quiet easy really.
I set aside $175/week for groceries/eating out/snacks on Sunday, I'll do my grocery shopping for the week on Sunday, whatever is leftover is my funds for going out to eat/snacks at work for the week, on Saturday whatever I have left from the original $175 goes into my savings account and I start the process over again the next day.
Normally I'll have $40-50 leftover at weeks end.
80% lean meats and full fat everything for dairy have done wonders.
Also a TBSP or 2 daily of EVOO, either with a shake or tossed on top of a salad/pastaUSMC (2009-2013)

I think I do some sort of unintentional carb back loading. I find my brain functions better and my thinking is clearer if I consume carbs sparingly (less than 20g usually) till dinner, after I've done all my work for the day.

A high fat diet shouldn't really cause bloating. If you're lactose intolerant, lots are to varying degrees, and you are eating lots of dairy to get your fat then maybe, but a healthy individual shouldn't be getting bloated from fat

eggs are known to be one of the more common foods that cause bloating due to a digestive enzyme that many people lack. I'm not saying it's outside the realm of possibility, but I don't think basing it off of a meal is a good gauge. If I eat 300 carbs in meal, I'll bloat and feel like ****. Doesn't mean I can't have a diet that incorporates more fats that will have the same effect. Or if I have a ton of oats and it bloats me.

Well then you learn something new every day. Would this be related to the accusation that eggs cause gas? I hear it being said a lot.
One meal basis nah, however, I will say that a meal heavy in oils/butter makes me feel bloated and full.
I typically get +200g in my last meal so I can't relate lol Oats are my most enjoyable and easy-on-the-gut food, so again I can't relate much.My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313

I don't think I could live without eggs. Eat them every day! They are filling which is one reason I like them. The other is that they are delicious. :~p Oats bloat me.
