Who really gives a crap, I think it's great. That he has his own character going on. At least it isn't all mild and sh*t. I couldn't stand another mild quiet bodybuilder......Cutler. We need another Arnold or something. Somebody to make you feel what there feeling. Feel the blood, sweat and tears...YEAH!!

Say what you want, but he's interesting. Hell, we're talking about him right now! Yes he's a little cocky, but hey, he's been top 3 at the O twice, I think he had the right to be that way.
I am against all his yelling at shows though... I was at the SF Pro and that **** was annoying and un-called for.

I think hes far cockier than his physique permits, and feel a lot of his placings are gifts, because of the reason we're talking about him now, he makes for good stories. I wouldnt mind as much if he was placed a little more fairly though. I personally dont think he has a top 3 physique, but im also not a judge, so who knows.

i dont hate him with a passion, but i have no respect for him. hes really cocky, and i hated how he said he "beat mr. olympia" just because of the challenge round (judged by people he sucked up to in the posing round). he has no respect for his "rivals" (ronnie) only his "teammates" (jay).
although for some odd reason, i think the sport kinda needs him

I think he's funny and definetly a character. I mean hes not the greatest on stage and his attitude you would think he won a few O's already. But it gives the sport some spice. Everyone is quick to judge the ones who are different, Lee Priest (face tat), King Kamali (overly confident), Gustavo (same as King), but they make the sport interesting and more then just stats on paper.......

Every year or so there's gotta be at least one majorly controversial bodybuilder, otherwise things get boring. We have three - Titus, King and Gustavo. With Titus in jail, we have King now gunning for Gustavo - calling the challenge round last year a disgusting display of disrespect toward Ronnie Coleman because former Mr Olympias judged Gustavos posing abilities better.

I personally hate Gustavo Badell from a personal point of view.
Professionally I have mixed feelings -- if he comes in correct he looks good, but he often misses his mark.
As annoying as some of the things Gustavo Badell says, he is nowhere nearly as annoying as Queen Kamali.
Can't we all agree that Queen Kamali is worse????
