    Question about chest

Ive been having issues with building my chest, especially upper chest. Ive been on a low calorie deficit but I feel that my chest has become the weakest part of my upper body. I just have found it dificult for me to go heavy on it in general and Ive been training for almost 4 years. Sometimes feel my shoulders or even triceps kinda take over. Im just wondering if anyone has any tips or other exercises besides the normal that may help.

What's your routine like?? Are you flat benching, inclining declining etc??

Sounds like a form issue but tough to say with out a vid or programme.

I usually flat bench, incline bench and do dips. But I have also been having shoulder pain recently and havnt been able to do flat bench because of it so I had to switch to a machine instead. I think it may be a form issue to but Im just wondering if its a problem Im having should I decrease the weight and try to just focus on the form? I mean its pretty low already lol.. because of the shoulder issue but its been a pain just trying to grow it or even get a good pump in general. My back has really developed and is strong, along with my arms but lag so much in the chest and its one of the muscle groups I cant lift heavy in.

I found that low incline db bench press with elbows 45 degrees from body with mind muscle connection really helped develop the fullness in my upper chest more.

For the upper fibers I can only feel them working well when I use a machine.
Hammer Strength Incline Bench is my favorite AND I also like cable flyes with my hands starting at the top of my abs and my hands finishing at around the shoulder region.
