I'm on Day 6 of no fap. Broke up with my gf of one year right before Christmas, been pretty depressed since then so was fapping a lot right after out of depression and boredom. Then I figured I need to change my routine and lifestyle so I've been going back to the gym for the past week and a half, and holy sh!t, I already feel like I have a lot more energy throughout the day and am thinking clearer. I haven't even had the urge to fap really at all, probably because of just getting out of a relationship and can't even think about any other girls. I think I'm gonna avoid using my penor for a while lol (no homo)
