    I didn't lose strength on my last cut so I'm optimistic... but yet to be seen.

    This is exactly how NOT to cut as a natty (Unless you are really fat/dreamer bulked - but we'll assume most people don't go full retard). Not sure if srs. You are, without a doubt, losing muscle mass that you could have maintained by cutting slower.

    I really see 2 pounds per week as the ultimate way to cut. I'm sure you probably don't have a GSF account, but the member Girth over there has some of the best natural cutting progress I've seen, and he did it for 18 weeks total while losing 2 pounds each and every week.
