wow, storng freak out/paranoia by me yesterday lol. i'm okay guys. but i defiantly had a bad reaction. i'm just going to continue taking 12.5/100 (3x per day), instead of doing the normal 25/200 dose.

i had no problem at all with 12.5/100mg (3x per day). would this be ok?

Just stop taking it like 2-3 days before test and you'll be fine (srs).

I would advise you to stop taking E, then. Unless you can inform them you are indeed taking an OTC product for asthma and they'd be okay with it.

Ive heard this before too but ive taken multiple drug tests for work while on EC. One time i took it 2 hours before, one time was the day before, etc. Mine are random too. Never had an issue at all.

this. i would contact them. heck even tell them you're taking a weight loss supplement and wanted to know if it could make you test positive for anything because you've "heard stories of it on the internet". it's not like your doing anything illegal

It's pretty effective only if your diet is in check. Had to get off this for a few days because it caused major anxiety. Going to get back on it soon, but I won't overdo it like previously. (sticking to 2x dose this time)

With the short half-life of Eph you are looking at better results with two times a day dosing or more, but really as long as you are in a deficit at the end of the day don't worry.

EC is more of an appetite suppressant/energy giver than it is a "fat burner," it only raises metabolic rate by something like 5% or so.

I have been taking EC (25 mg E (less I think because its bronkaid) , 200-300 mg caffeine) as a preworkout 3x a week. I am bulking right now.

Is this a good or bad idea? I eat some extra food to compensate, appetite suppressant is no problem at all because I'm a fat phuck at heart

can you gain muscle? yes. can you gain muscle while also decreasing body fat? it'll probably be difficult unless you're a noobie or have a very high bf %.

as long as you can accurately measure the caffeine content of the coffee, you ok...but I find it much easier to just down a basic 200mg pill of C
