Ill have an improved video next time. I kind of regret posting the video now since people act like 590lbs with a spot making it look like to them its 135lbs. It say my raw lift is 565lbs in my avator, haven't changed it yet till my 590lbs is flawless raw

When Kevin Levrone benched 5 plates in his bench video for one rep with the spotter hands on the bar, no one bashed him or his videos and same with branch warren,johnny jackson,kai greene and everyone else in their motivational videos I watch before I go workout when I'm feeling tired. 3 scoops of Nitriflix preworkout drink, bodybuilding motivational videos, some chaturbate girls live webcams, some The Exploited punk rock music or mobb deep songs and walk in the gym n give out my best of the day.

The brothers in the movie documentary- bigger stronger, faster... He is a powerlifter n invented the slingshot which greatly saved my joints n pec/delt are when benching 405lbs for 12 reps n up. I usually use it to overload after I do everything raw. I do up to 60 sets of bench, at the end of my chest workout ill throw in 60lbs db side laterals and some pulldowns, last ill throw in 500-580lbs deadlift with shrugs for sets n reps

Clearly you didn't read my post n just assume. I have trouble re-racking the bar since I usually use wide grip bench for many many years till I purchase the black square bear grip pads. Sweaty palms n chrome bar don't mix well with heavy weights. As I get tired during my sets. I sometimes miss the hooks when I re-rack the barbell by a 1/4 inch as my hands slides further away during my benching or reps. Thinking I re-rack it when I hear the barbell hit the metal back of the hook but it didn't n I let go thinking its locked in position, but nope it fell down. Don't act like all u people never drop the weights or missed the hook doing incline bench or anything, things happens but atleast I'm honest, u guys just hide behind the screen and think alll the workouts are so flawlessly perfect that you would look and lift n be better then Kai Greene and Phil Heath

Stop getting so mad, this is like bragging about a high squat. If you wanna brag about a lift do it cleanly without the spotters touching and raw (or say it's with a slingshot), or compete in a powerlifting bench only comp. As I said, you are clearly strong as fuk, but clearly also made this thread purely to boost your ego. Now if it was a clean lift that would be fine.. but it wasn't
