Not meant to be mean in anyway so dont take it wrong. but to get that skin to tighten up is all in diet. All these crazy things we can take for our body but nothing that can truly help with that problem. i use to be 300lbs and thought my skin would be terrible but once i dieted and cut it all tightened up. not one bit of loose skin anywhere.

You're a good 20-25lbs overweight, most of what you have is probably fat.
Once you cut down you'll know better if it's truly skin. If that is the case, more than likely it'll never fully go back. The best you can do besides surgery is build some muscle to fill it out.
For now just stick to a calorie deficit and lift heavy to preserve muscle.

What Cara said.
I've had 2 kids and cut to 108 lbs with that loose lower belly skin....along with some fat and no muscle. I'm currently bulking to add muscle and that loose skin is "tightening up". You probably just need to cut some fat and then build some muscle and I bet you will be happy with where you end up.
Pic below is me with my saggy belly at 108 lbs and pic on right is me now after just 2 months bulking.

Thanks everyone for the opinions. I am just worried my stomach won't lose the skin that it has that's really what I want to work on. I mean I'm losing weight too but my lower stomach is what I'm mostly worried about. I am embarrassed to wear a bathing suit in the summer because of the lower stomach.
<3 I wanna be that trophy wife that I should be <3

Its gonna depend. If the issue truly is loose skin, then nothing short of surgery is going to fix it. However, losing weight/fat overall should help it to a degree and may fix it completely. It just really depends on how much is skin and how much is fat.
I had a friend who did a figure comp, she had loose skin on her abs and was still pretty low in bf, I believe she ended up doing a tummy tuck. She still looked good, but the skin was not tightend by diet alone.www.bikinisandbiceps.com

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

I have true loose skin from my big babies and unfortunately, the weight loss has made it look even worse.
Short of surgery (which is always a consideration if you want), it's either a flat stomach with the skin, or a larger one with less loose skin.
Personally I'm just hiding my skin! This is around 5'5 and 132lbs. But you aren't alone!

I had loose skin and still have some, mostly because of my csection. The skin still hangs a little over my scar but it's not that noticeable now. The biggest thing that helped me was doing planks. I did crunches and other exercise before but never noticed any changes until I started doing planks. My skin still sags when I get on all fours but when I'm standing up you can't notice.
I also agree with the other posters, alot of it could just be excess fat. When I lost weight it helped alot and then I just had a little extra sag to work on.

It doesn't always go back. Honestly. I lost 180 lbs and worked SO hard to tighten everything up as much as I could but there are some areas that just didn't go back to where they came from.
BUT!
Do go the diet / exercise route first for at LEAST a year to make as much natural progress as possible before making any surgical decisions. IF you have ANY Questions about the tummy tuck surgery please let me know.
GOOD LUCK!Started at 350 pounds and 65% body fat

I agree with most of the comments. Age and your bodies skin elasticity also play a part. When I was in my 20's after two kids my loose skin tightened right up with diet and exercise. Now in my late 30's after baby #4 I've noticed it's harder to get my tummy back. I use a lot of moisturizer to try and keep my skin in good shape. And I've noticed the more muscle I build the less loose skin I have. I doubt it will all go away, but it certainly helps to eat clean and work out.

Yeah, I always thought it was a derogatory term, so then I looked it up and got this:
"Trophy wife is an expression used to refer to a wife, usually young and attractive, who is regarded as a status symbol for the husband, who is often older and wealthy. The term trophy husband refers to a male filling the role.
Referring to a spouse as a trophy wife usually reflects negatively on the character or personality of the husband, and has a connotation of narcissism and desire to impress others, and that the husband would not be able to attract the sexual interest of the attractive woman but for his wealth or position. It can also be used to imply that the trophy wife in question has little personal merit besides her physical attractiveness, and is sometimes synonymous with the term "gold digger.""Someone once told me the definition of hell- Your last day on earth, the person you become meets the person you could have become.

Skin is incredibly elastic. I know in extreme cases the stretch may need surgery, but I've lost close to 60 and anywhere it's loose there's fat under it. The real downside is I've lost that extra place to rest my coffee when I sit on the couch. Better is better. Few of us make it to perfect. As to hubby deserving a trophy wife, I hope he's putting in the same effort in areas of his life.
Exercise isn't diet. Diet isn't exercise. Defiantly building muscle.
