hello everyone this is my first post since 4 months in this forum........i am a bit confused...i used to eat the white eggs after my exercise but now today somebody tell me that i should eat them 1 hour before the exercise cause it take time to digest the white eggs......is it right? plz help me......thanks paarth

Just realize that the majority of nutrients are in the egg yolks, so if you're eating egg whites because you prefer the taste to whole eggs, that's fine, but obviously from a nutrient perspective, it's much better to consume the whole egg.

People are getting confused with egg whites and white eggs.
The OP is saying he is eating the whole egg, but the eggshell is of a white color (not sure if the shell color makes a difference).
OP, people are misconstruing your post. They think you mean you only eat the egg whites without the yolk part

OP, the person telling you to eat a certain amount of time before is an idiot. eat it when you want. and eat the whole egg if you can. yolk is an amazing source of micro-nutrients
