gelo14o - Derek's recipe is great but have you tried Chef Bobs recipe...seriously its head and shoulders better. The addition of the cream cheese is epic.
never thought of putting bacon on pumpkin pie how was that?Runner Crew (48.6 miles Dopey Challenge -- Completed)

Cor Fetti Almond Butter Spread!
My first contribution to the contest! (one of many to be made with the new cor fetti!)
$$$
Bomb!
Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz raw almonds
- Scoop of Cellucor Whey
- Pinch of salt
- Stevia to taste
Start by simply placing the almonds, in your food processor and process away! (you'll have to wipe down the sides for 5-10 minutes until you get it to your desired consistency)
Add in the dry ingredients AFTER you've got your almond butter, and incorporate thoroughly and BOOM! We've got High Protein Almond butter!
Top bagels, waffles, etc with it.. add it onto pancakes, or eat with a spoon!

Made some cookies, and another gingerbread loaf and something totally outrageous but kind of worked. posting that tomorrow though since I can only put one submission per day.
Cooking it up Chef Bob style not sure if its really cooking with creativity except that I added some vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. its hard to top perfection.

Protein Frosting (peanut butter)

6 tbsp. fat free cool whip
1 scoop Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow
1 tbsp. PB2
1 packet stevia

Don't know if this really qualifies as a recipe but the unique flavors Cellucor offers makes this recipe very versatile. You can top this on pretty much anything. I topped this on the pumpkin pie I posted yesterday. If you have some PB lean this recipe gets a whole lot better. For example , I mixed some pumpkin spice PB lean in this recipe and put it on some brownies I made and it came out great.

Protein Pumpkin Pie Waffles
Recipe:
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1 scoop Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg whites
Macros:

66 carbs
6 fat
61 protein
12 fiber
My waffle maker makes four so its around 140 cals per waffle.
I also would use Cinnamon Swirl or Whipped Vanilla in this recipe. PBM works fine but I think I would have been better of the WV/CS.
I topped it off with that protein frosting I posted yesterday.

Cellucor Cor Fetti "French Toast"
So simple, and so delicious. Cor Fetti just made the stack of toast taste SO much better.
$$$ Shot
Ingredients:
- 14g Cellucor Whey
- 2 Servings Liquid Egg Whites
- 4-5 Slices of Bread
- Non stick cooking spray
- Stevia/Cinnamon
Start by mixing your whey and egg whites in a blender, should come out to a protein shake like consistency. Dump into a bowl and set aside.
Next, start up your griddle/pan and spray down with PAM/Cooking spray. Take your bread, and dip it into your mixture (both sides), and put it on the hot pan. Sprinkle cinnamon/stevia on one side, and flip..
Repeat for ALL slices of bread, until you get your "french toast".
Top with PB, SF Syrup or whipped cream!
Macros: (depending on how much bread is used, I used 5 slices)
