If you were to buy chicken wings and do a dry rub spice on them then bake it, would it be considered unhealthy? I searched the forums and had people swear they ate grilled wings and it's "bad" fat and they gained more fat....not sure if they even did IIFYM. It seems to get a bad rep but I love wings especially filipino Adobo chicken wings.

Would you consider home made grilled chicken wings bad for you?

If someone can tell they gained fat from eating a meal of chicken wings then I say they are misguided, paranoid, or outright crazy. The only thing is is figuring out how many calories you are eating with whole chicken wings is going to be more guesswork than dealing with something like chicken breast (and they will be much more calorie dense, obviously).
And the only real "bad fat" these days is trans fat, saturated fat isn't the demon it was once thought to be.

You need 4.2oz boiled chicken, 1/3 cup broccoli and 456 grains of brown rice 6x a day with 7.3 oz of water each meal with a multi vitamin in the morning, don't take the vitamin or eat brown rice after 7pm though, because it will go straight to your butt and the vitamins will become fat and not hair or w/e. Also, if you don't cube the chicken your stomach works harder to digest it and it can't get all the protein and keep in mind that all sauces are really high in sodium so none of those. As for the broccoli I found steaming it takes out all the fat which will result in a bigger belly, so if you don't steam it do more crunches for the tummy fat. Remember to do the crunches within 30minutes of eating or it's too late! Good luck, hope I helped!
cliffs: Eat the damn wings.
