At the moment cookie nookie peanut butter is being discontinued so it's on special for $2.99 a jar at most stores



We also have this roast which is pretty tasty. It's a little spicy but easy on the macros and simple to prepare

The Salted Caramel and Fruit Mince Pie ice creams from woolworths weren't bad! The Caramel one was sweeter than I expected, it didn't quite have the flavor depth that Connoisseurs has but the toffee pieces were nice.
The Fruit Mince Pie ice cream was good for the ginger nut biscuit pieces(could've been better had it been shortcrust pastry imo, though the ginger gave a better seasonal feel) but there wasn't enough overall fruit mince or sweetness like you get from actual fruit mince pies. Great effort by Woollies though.

Both are definitely worth the try.
Will post pictures later of the ice creams if anyone's interested.

Woolworths Salted Caramel. Similar mix in proportions to Connoisseurs but this one was a bit on the sweeter side. The toffee pieces weren't hard to eat, they weren't overly hard or chewy, I wish they had stronger flavor though, maybe a butterscotch edge would have worked nicer.


Woolworths Fruit Mince Pie.
The giant raisins were mostly at the bottom of this one, but the fruit mince and gingernut biscuits mostly had a similar taste throughout but with different texture. The vanilla base reminded me of the Blue Ribbon Vanilla ice cream. It might be how cold my freezer was, but this pint was a little icy around the edges.

Tried the Special K Honey Barbeque chips the other day. They are pretty good IMO.

Going to have to keep an eye on the scoop shops for the first pints.
I went yesterday after the announcement and the staff there were hopeless, they didn't even know there was a new flavor. They said that they 'don't get told anything'. :/
