i've read around and know that u can't "spot loose" fat. so, where does the fat begin to drop from first. i wanna know where to expect to see results first. i'm lookin to loose from my stomach and lower back, the last places it will drop from. anyone know?

Luke, I don't know but that's like kinda obvious, how could a person lose fat first in the lower abs and then in the upper abs. You would have something like an inverse 2-pack.

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.
