    Best hamstring exercise with no equipment?

    I want to build up my hamstrings at home too without equipment. I've been doing butt lifts (bridges) and backward leg curls (no equipment, I forget the correct name for it). Any other good ones?

    It's a tough one. It'll take you a long while before you can even do 1 full rep. Simply try to go down as far as you can without falling. Eventually you'll drop. Just push yourself back up and start again.
