Jamie's blog was a bit ridiculous. Seems childish to me that he is so upset over that one meet in which he tore his biceps tendon which was not the feds fault, and slammed a DL down, which is against the rules. You think you'd know that by the time you pull 600. Shiiet. Some of the comments were reasonable though, and I agree with Paul's stance on it being the playground for drug free elite lifters.

I've never been to a USAPL meet, or competed there for that matter. I like to stay away from fed drama, but I have seen some meet vids where it's like what he describes. You can hear crickets in some of Patsy's meet vids (100% RAW or whatever I think).

Did behind the neck push presses as my shoulder accessory on bech day today. Not sure if that'll have any carryover but sure was fun as hell.
